about what you want for your future, make it a goal, and work towards
it. It won't happen without effort from you.

- Take Notes EVERYDAY
- Organize your notebook
and keep it organized.
- Ask questions when you
need help.
- Stay after school for
extra help if you need it.
- Get the phone number
of at least one reliable
person in class.
- Do not rely on the
homework hotline for your
assignments.
- Take your book home
and bring it back every day.

your book at home because you
followed the helpful hints.

- Call a friend from the
class to get information about
